If you arrive at Rome-Ciampino Airport
Roma-Ciampino is the second airport of Rome, its littler but nearer to Frascati then Fiumicino Airport.
From the airport you can take a taxi, the price to Frascati will be roundabout €40/60 depending on the traffic (for further information on taxi service see

There is an autobus service from Ciampino airport to the railway station (10 minutes) on the railway line Roma Termini – Frascati.
